Title: ML, MT, NLP Researchers
We are seeking full-time or part-time or consulting statistical NLP, ML and MT researchers to help develop products for text analysis and machine translation and to participate in research projects.
Researchers are encouraged to spend at least 50% of their work hours on research with the goal of doing cutting-edge work that gets published. The rest of the work hours could be devoted to consulting projects.

- A post-graduate degree with a focus on machine learning, computational linguistics or natural language processing

Title: Linguist
We are seeking a full-time or part-time linguist to support the development of corpora for use in statistical NLP.
Primary Responsibilities
- Construction of labelled and unlabelled corpora.
- Construction of dictionaries.
- Serving as an expert on languages and linguistics for researchers.
- Domain analysis and construction of domains-specific gazetteers.
- Identification of client needs and creation of rules for rule-based systems.
Skill Requirements
- Knowledge of computational linguistics, general linguistics, text/corpus linguistics, lexicography
- An undergraduate or post-graduate degree in linguistics
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of Windows
- Familiarity with a text editor
- Mathematical and logical aptitude
Natural Language Processing Trainee (full-time)
We are seeking a full-time statistical NLP trainee to help develop products for text analysis and machine translation.

Skill Requirements
- An under-graduate degree in electronics or computer science with a course on computational linguistics, AI or natural language processing
- Good software development skills - awareness of Design Patterns, eXtreme Programming, Refactoring, Testing, OOAD
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Mathematical and problem solving skills
- Web application development skills
- Sound knowledge of computer science basics, statistics, linear algebra
- A good command of C++ and Java and a few scripting languages (RoR, Perl, PHP, Python)
